Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a flexible and fair cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation by the Customer:
- Up to 48 Hours Before the Tour: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before the Tour: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- No-Show: In the event of a no-show, where the customer does not attend the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Us:
- Weather or Safety Concerns: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour at no additional cost.
- Operational Issues: Should we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational issues, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a different date.
Refund Processing:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be returned to the original method of payment used for the booking.
- Transaction Fees: Please note that any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not refundable.
